Terms of Service

These are website terms. A separate AimX software EULA will be added before the application is published.

1. Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply to the website only and do not replace the Steam Subscriber Agreement or the software EULA that will apply to AimX.

2. Publisher

AimX is published by Blackpoint Labs. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@aimx-app.com.

3. Website information

The website describes AimX and provides product, support, privacy, and legal information. We may correct errors, update features, or change availability without prior notice. Steam remains the authoritative source for price, purchase availability, account licensing, and refunds.

4. Steam purchases

AimX is sold through Steam. Purchases, payments, refunds, Steam accounts, and Steam licenses are handled by Valve and are subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable Steam terms.

5. Intellectual property

AimX names, logos, website content, product artwork, and proprietary software are owned by or licensed to Blackpoint Labs. Third-party software and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, republish, sell, or misleadingly present AimX materials except as permitted by law or written permission.

6. Acceptable website use

You must not:

  • interfere with the website's operation or security;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service;
  • impersonate AimX, Blackpoint Labs, support staff, or another user;
  • use website content for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.

7. Game, platform, and tournament rules

AimX does not promise that crosshair overlays are permitted in every game, platform, anti-cheat environment, league, or tournament. Users are responsible for reviewing and following the rules that apply to them.

8. External services and links

The website links to services operated by third parties, including Steam and Discord. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blackpoint Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use this website. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms when the website, product, or legal requirements change. Revised terms apply from the effective date shown on this page.
